Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare - Do not refreeze. For crispiest coating we recommend conventional oven preparation. Conventional or Toaster Oven: Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on shallow baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. Microwave Instructions: Place 2 portions of frozen fish in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels. Microwave on high (100% power) for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. Place 4 portions of frozen fish in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels. Microwave on high (100% power) for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Let stand covered in microwave for about 2 minutes before serving. Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Note: since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. Caution: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
