Product Instructions
Air Fryer: 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. 2. Arrange the frozen fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket/tray. 3. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. 4. Let sit for 2 minutes prior to serving.
Directions: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Do not refreeze. Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange fish fillets in a single layer on metal baking pan. 3. Bake in center of oven for 16 minutes. 4. Turn over fish fillets and bake an additional 6 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
