Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Do not defrost. If any Tortellini are frozen together in the bag, firmly hit against a hard surface to separate. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Boiling: Place Tortellini in 3 to 4 quarts (per pound) of rapidly boiling salted water. Cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 2 to 3 minutes or until desired tenderness. Note: Since all types of cooking equipment and equipment's settings may vary, cooking times may require adjusting.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen.
