Product Instructions
Stovetop: Step 1: For best results, place desired amount of frozen vegetables in a saucepan in a minimal amount of boiling water. (Note: The frozen vegetables will cool the water and it will stop boiling.) Step 2: Allow vegetables to cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. For best flavor and color, avoid overcooking. Step 3: Season to taste and serve.
For food quality and safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze or overcook.
Microwave: Step 1: Place the desired amount of frozen vegetables and 2 Tbsp of water in a microwave-safe dish. Step 2: Cover and cook on high for 9 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Step 3: Allow the dish to stand for 5 minutes before opening. Step 4: Drain, season to taste and serve. Appliances vary - cooking instructions may need adjusting.
