Product Instructions
You Will Need: Seasoned fish fry mix; oil. Deep Fry Directions: Step 1: Rinse fish well in cold water. Shake off excess water. Step 2: Roll fish in seasoned fish fry mix until coated. Step 3: Deep fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
Pan Fry Directions: 1. Rinse fish well in cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Roll fish in seasoned fish fry mix until coated. 3. Heat oil (1/8 inch) in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 2 minutes. Fry fish in oil 6 to 10 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork and is brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
Oven Fry Directions: 1. Rinse fish well in cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Roll fish in seasoned fish fry mix until coated. 3. Add 2 tbsp oil to a shallow baking pan, approx. 13 x 9 x 1 inch. Set oven at 375 degrees F. Cook 10-15 minutes per side until minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Air Fryer Directions: Coat fish using directions on package. Cook according to your air fryer directions. Shaker bag no longer included.
