Product Instructions
Beef Stew: You Will Need: 2 lb stew beef, cubed. 3 Tbsp flour. 3 Tbsp oil. 3 cups water. 1 package beef stew seasoning mix. 4 medium potatoes. 4 carrots. 2 celery stalks. 1 onion. 10 oz frozen peas. Preparation Instructions: 1. Lightly flour 2 lb stew meat. Brown in 3 Tbsp oil. 2. Add 3 cups water and beef stew seasoning mix. Blend well. 3. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer until meat is tender (approximately 1-1/2 hours). 4. Add cut-up vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, celery and/or onion. 5. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender (approximately 1 hour), stirring occasionally. Add 10 oz frozen peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
