Product Instructions
Melting Directions: Microwave: Microwave coating in microwave-safe container at 50% power (medium or defrost cycle) for 2-1/2 minutes; stir. Continue microwaving at 50% power for 30 second intervals until soft, stirring until smooth.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Turn oven off. Place coating in an oven-safe tray and melt in oven 10 to 12 minutes or until soft. Remove and stir until smooth.
Sauce Pan: Place desired amount of coating in sauce pan. Melt over very low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring until smooth.
