Product Instructions
Preparation Instructions: Servings: 2: 1 cup rice; 1 cup water. 4: 2 cups rice; 2 cups water. 6: 3 cups rice; 3 cups water.
Stove Top: Bring water to a boil. If desired, add butter or margarine and salt to taste. Stir in instant rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
Microwave: Combine water and rice in a microwave-safe bowl. If desired, add butter or margarine and salt to taste. Cover and microwave on high according to the chart below or until boiling. Let stand for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Caution: Bowl and contents will be hot. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate.
To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. For best results, use stove-top cooking method. For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 2 to 5 minutes longer cooking time. Servings: 2: 3 minutes. 4: 4 minutes. 6: 5 minutes.
