Product Instructions
Stovetop: Step 1: Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a saucepan. Step 2: Bring contents to a boil. Step 3: Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Step 4: Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking.
*Microwave: Step 1: Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a microwave-safe container. Step 2: Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Step 3: Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 15 to 20 minutes. Step 4: Remove from microwave and let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving. * Cooking times may vary due to differences in altitude and microwaves.

Servings: 2-3: 1/2 cup rice; 1 cup water or broth; 2 tsp butter or oil. 4-6: 1 cup rice; 2 cups water or broth; 1 tbsp butter or oil. 8-10: 2 cups rice; 4 cups water or broth; 2 tbsp butter or oil.
