Product Instructions
You Will Need: 1 Hot Honey Cornbread Mix; 1 egg; 1/3 cup of 2% milk; 3 tbsp of melted butter. Preparation Instructions: 1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Use paper liner or non-stick cooking spray on standard-size 6-cup muffin pan for muffins or 8 inch square pan for cornbread. 2. Mix: Pour package contents into a medium-size bowl. Add 1 slightly beaten egg, 1/3 cup of 2% milk and 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix thoroughly. For muffins, fill cups about 2/3 full. 3. Bake: Bake cornbread or muffins at 425 degrees F for 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 3.
