Product Instructions
Stove-Top Directions: 4-Servings (For 8 Servings: Increase water to 3 cups, milk to 1 cup, and butter to 1/4 cup. Use 2 packets potatoes and seasoning mix. If microwaving, increase time to 6 to 8 minutes). Heat 1-1/2 cups hot water and 2 tablespoons butter to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup 2% milk and 1 packet potatoes and seasoning mix just until moistened. Let stand about 1 minute or until liquid is absorbed. Whip with fork until smooth. For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes. For Creamier Potatoes: Stir in more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. If microwaving, increase time to 6 to 8 minutes). Stir 1-2/3 cups hot water, 1/2 cup 2% milk, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 packet potatoes and seasoning mix in microwaveable bowl until moistened. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent. Microwave on high 2 to 6 minutes. Whip with fork until smooth. For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes. High Altitude: No changes.
