Product Instructions
You Will Need: 1/4 cup butter; 1 cup milk; 3 tsp lemon juice (If desired, stir in 1 to 3 tsp lemon juice before serving). Directions: Melt 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in one package Hollandaise Sauce Mix until blended. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup milk. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring for 1 minute.
