Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Product Instructions
Instructions: Pan Frying: Place desired number of slices in unheated skillet and cook slowly, turning frequently to brown evenly. Drain on absorbent paper.

Baking: Separate slices of bacon and place on a wire rack set in baking pan. Bake, without turning, in hot oven (400 degrees F) about 15 minutes or until brown and cooked to desired crispness.

Broiling: Separate slices of bacon and place on broiling rack. Broil 5 inches from heat source, turning once until crisp.

Microwave: Cover plate with paper towels. Place bacon strips on towels and cover with additional towels. Cook on high power: 2 slices: 1-1/2 - 2 minutes; 4 slices: 2-1/2 - 3 minutes, or until bacon reaches desired crispness.
