Product Instructions
Directions (Stovetop): Step 1: Bring 4 quarts of water per pound of pasta to a boil and add salt to taste. Step 2: Add full package or less of frozen tortellini to boiling water. Reduce heat to gentle boil. Step 3: Cook 3-5 minutes for full package (3-4 minutes for half package or less), stirring occasionally. Do not wait for water to come back to a boil before timing begins. Step 4: Drain gently and serve with your favorite sauce.
Keep frozen until ready to cook. To ensure food safety, read and follow these cooking instructions. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Note: Since all types of cooking equipment and equipment's settings may vary, cooking times may require adjusting.

Directions (Microwave): Step 1: Place 1 cup tortellini in a microwaveable dish. Add 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce and cover. Step 2: Heat on high power for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway. Cook until tortellini have reached desired tenderness. Step 3: Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully because steam is hot.
