Product Instructions
Directions for Use: Produces superior results! Rehydration Method: Dissolve one packet active dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water (110 degrees to 115 degrees F); stir in 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar. Wait for foam to double in volume. Add yeast mixture to remaining ingredients. Instant Method: Mix active dry yeast with flour, add remaining ingredients; liquids should be very warm but not hot (120 degrees to 130 degrees F). Approx. 2-1/4 tsp yeast = one 0.25 oz packet of yeast.
Bring yeast to room temperature before use.

Storage Instructions
Store in the refrigerator or freeze after opening.
