Product Instructions
Preparation Instructions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Step 2: Moisten pieces (with or without skin)* with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below, measure mixture into a reusable container. Step 3: Shake or coat 1 to 2 pieces at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture. Step 4: Bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through. (See chart below for bake times). Do not cover. Do not turn chicken during baking. * Bake times are the same with or without skin.
Chicken Pieces: 2 to 3; Coating Mixture: 1/4 packet; Bake Time at 400 degrees F. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F: 40 minutes with bone; 15 minutes boneless. Chicken Pieces: 4 to 5; Coating Mixture: 1/2 packet; Bake Time at 400 degrees F. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F: 45 minutes with bone; 15 minutes boneless. Chicken Pieces: 6 to 8; Coating Mixture: 1 packet; Bake Time at 400 degrees F. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F: 50 minutes with bone; 20 minutes boneless. Air Fryer: Coat chicken as directed above. Cook according to air fryer directions. Coats up to 16 pieces of chicken. Shaker bag no longer included.
