Product Instructions
To Cook: Lentils do not require soaking. In a large pot, add 6 to 8 cups of hot water for every pound (about 2 cups) of lentils. Simmer gently with lid tilted until desired tenderness is reached, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Lentils are a natural agricultural product. Despite use of modern cleaning equipment, it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Sort and rinse lentils before cooking.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place.
