Product Instructions
Melting Instructions: Microwave: Place chips in a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on full power for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir. Return to microwave for 15- to 30-second intervals until melted. Stir between intervals.
Stovetop: Place chips in a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. Stir until melted. Keep water away from product.
Storage Instructions
Storage: Store chips in a cool, dry place (60-70 degrees F). Exposure to heat and humidity may cause a whitish coating, known as "bloom", which disappears when melted. Bloom is a natural reaction and does not affect the flavor or quality of the chips.

crustacean shellfish, soy, tree nuts, wheat and sesame.
