Product Instructions
Skillet Directions: Brown 1 lb lean ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. Stir 2 cups hot water, 1 cup 2% milk (For a more broth like sauce, increase hot water to 3 cups and omit milk), sauce mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and uncover. (Sauce will thicken as it stands). High Altitude: (3500 to 6500 feet): Increase hot water to 2-1/2 cups. For a more broth like sauce, increase hot water to 3-3/4 cups and omit milk.
Crumble 1 lb lean ground beef into 3-quart microwaveable casserole. Microwave uncovered on High for 3 to 5 minutes breaking up beef after 3 minutes, until brown; drain. Stir in sauce mix, 2-1/4 cups boiling water, 1 cup 2% milk and uncooked pasta. Microwave uncovered on high for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender. (Sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot. For a more broth like sauce, increase hot water to 3-1/2 cups and omit milk. Caution: Bowl will be hot. Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. High Altitude: (3500 to 6500 feet): Increase boiling water to 2-1/2 cups.
