Product Instructions
You Will Need: 1 packet meringue mix. 2 ounces warm tap water. Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix: In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip meringue powder with water to very stiff peaks. This will take up to 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the mixer. 3. Top: Top pie with the meringue, using a spatula to form peaks. 4. Bake: Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until meringue is lightly browned. Yields 4 cups.
