                Product Instructions
        
        Pancakes Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose baking mix. 1-1/3 cups milk. 1 egg. 2 Tbsp sugar. Directions: Preheat griddle to 375 degrees F. (Griddle is ready when drops of water dance around a few seconds before evaporating). Stir all ingredients together in mixing bowl until blended. Bake on hot, lightly greased griddle using slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden.
        
        Do not consume/eat raw batter.
        
        
        Easy Waffles Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose baking mix. 1-1/3 cups milk. 2 Tbsp vegetable oil. 1 egg. Directions: Heat waffle iron; lightly grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. Stir ingredients together in mixing bowl until blended. Pour desired amount of batter onto center of hot waffle iron; close lid. Bake until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Makes 4 to 7 servings.

        Biscuits Ingredients: 2-1/4 cups all-purpose baking mix. 2/3 cup. 2% milk. Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine 2-1/4 cups baking mix and 2/3 cup 2% milk in a bowl. Stir until soft dough forms. Place on surface sprinkled with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 2-1/2" floured cutter; place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 2-1/2" biscuits.
