Product Instructions
You Will Need: 6 pork chops (2 lbs) or 3 lbs pork roast. 1/4 cup water. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place roasting bag in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Trim excess fat from pork chops and arrange them in a single layer in roasting bag. Mix seasoning with water and pour over pork chops. Close bag loosely and secure with nylon fastener about 2 inches from end. Cut 3 small holes in top of bag to let steam escape. Bake in lower half of oven for 25 to 30 minutes. (Note: Bag, when expanded, should not touch oven sides, racks or heating elements. Do not use under broiler or with temperatures above 375 degrees F). Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut bag open and transfer to serving dish. For pork roast, follow step 1 using 3 lbs pork roast. Continue with steps 2 & 3, baking for approximately 1-1/2 hours or until internal temperature of roast reaches 165 degrees F.
