Product Instructions
You Will Need: 2 lb cubed stew beef; 3 tbsp flour; 3 tbsp oil; 3 cups water; 4 medium potatoes; 4 carrots; 2 celery stalks; 4 small onions. Directions: Lightly flour 2 lb stew meat. Brown in 3 tbsp oil. Add 3 cups water and beef stew mix. Blend well. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer until meat is tender (approximately 1-1/2 hours). Add 5 cups cut-up vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, celery and/or onion. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender (approximately 1 hour), stirring occasionally. Add 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
